This mat-forming perennial is great for walls and crevices, and is popular with pollinators. It needs a very well-drained spot so is good for a rockery but won't be happy in flower beds with our local soil. It will also do well in a pot with good drainage (lots of grit or similar).
It grows to 10cm tall and spreads to 40. The masses of deep pink flowers are produced from April to May. Cut the plant after plowering to maintain a compact shape.
