This clump-forming perennial has blue-mauve flowers that are popular with pollinators. Its leaves vary from green to purple depending in the season and its position in light or shade. It grows to 45cm tall and 45cm across in moist but well-drained soils and full sun or partial shade. The mauve blue flowers are produced from June to August.
You can prune after flowering to rejuvenate the clump of attractive leaves.
