A perennial evergreen shrub that produces deep purple flowers from summer to late autumn that are popular with bees and butterflies. Prefers well-drained soils and full sun, and grows to 70cm tall and 45cm across.
Prune in May if you want to tidy up the shape a little and deadhead (trim flowering stems as they finish) during the flowering season.
