Part of our Thai cooking range, this hot chilli (50,000-100,00 on the Scoville heat scale) is perfect for curries. soups and stir fries. It will do well outside in the summer and then place on a sunny windowsill over winter. Water and feed with a tomato feed (or a general feed for flowering/fruiting) in spring to autumn. Water only in winter. Refresh the compost in spring. You can also move it to a larger pot at this stage. Prune after it has finished fruiting if you want to tidy up the shape of the plant.
